Collective stupidity is trapped by numerous ideological mirages: gender theory, degrowth, transhumanism, supremacism, animalism... so many concepts built on sand. "Intelligent stupidity," as Robert Musil calls it, mocks IQ. The herd instinct also infects the minds of elites and experts of all kinds, followers of the "I know, therefore I am" philosophy.
For all, therefore, there is one constant: the closed mind, as highlighted by the philosopher V. Jankélévitch: "Stupidity is to stop there, no matter where."
